Claude Artifacts: Top 8 Impressive Examples of Claude 3.5’s Capabilities
Claude 3.5 has shown remarkable advances in AI-powered creation, standing out for its versatility and ability to produce original content and prototypes rapidly. Here are the top 8 examples showcasing the range of Claude 3.5’s abilities:
1. Building a Website in 2 Minutes
Claude 3.5 can be used to create websites in a matter of minutes. A quick demonstration highlighted how efficient the tool is, leaving users impressed with its speed and the quality of the results.

2. Creating a Pong Game
One of the more exciting applications is its ability to generate code for games. While Claude doesn’t have a code interpreter like ChatGPT, it can still create functioning games, such as Pong, by outputting documents in HTML and JavaScript.
New claude artifacts are awesome!
I asked for a pong game and it coded one for meNo code interpreter, unlike chatGPT, instead you can make documents, notes & stuff, one option being html/jss

3. Designing a 3D Solar System with Physics
Claude 3.5’s coding skills allow users to build more complex systems, such as a 3D solar system using Three.js and Cannon.js. In one interaction, it managed to incorporate physics and collision detection, creating a dynamic and interactive experience.
claude 3.5 sonnet's coding abilities are insane...
just made a threejs+cannonjs 3d solar system with physics and collisions in single conversation.

4. Developing a New Game: Color Cascade
Claude can even create original games. For example, it generated the concept and design for “Color Cascade,” a quick-paced game where players must catch falling shapes of the correct color.
I asked Claude 3.5 Sonnet to create a new and original game, designed to be played in quick sessions.
It created Color Cascade:
A game where you are supposed to catch the right color from a series of falling shapes.
Feel the AGI yet?

5. Animating Geometric Shapes for a Mario-Style Game
Another user asked Claude 3.5 to create a Mario-style game, but with a twist: all the characters were geometric shapes. Not only did it provide functional gameplay, but it also animated these shapes with unique, original concepts.
Claude 3.5 Sonnet + Maestro = Sparks of AGI?
I asked to make a Mario clone using just geometric shapes, and the wildest part is that it gave the character animations as well, and the shapes seem like novel concepts.
It took 3 minutes. Look at the game!

6. Creating Maps for a Low Fantasy World
Claude’s utility extends beyond coding and gaming. It can also be used to design intricate maps for fictional worlds. From large-scale world maps to detailed guild and meeting room layouts, the tool shows promise for creative storytelling and world-building.
Claude 3.5, create a map for a low fantasy world, fallen from old high magic, with cultural & military considerations
Zoom into Mistport. Now show me the merchant's guild map.
Now show me what it looks like when I walk into Meeting Room 2. (drawings are still crude, but...)

7. Prototyping an Arcade Game with Educational Elements
Claude can create prototypes for educational games, such as one that teaches opportunity cost while incorporating arcade game mechanics with Lovecraftian themes. Users appreciate how it improves with feedback in real time.
It is pretty thrilling to use a tool that is this fast and responsive and willing to roll with it:
"Claude 3.5, build me a game as an workable prototype that teaches about opportunity cost, but is an arcade game with lovecraftian elements"
"Make it better" etc.
All realtime.

8. Building a Real-Time Dashboard from Excel Data
In a demonstration of its practical use for business, Claude reconstructed formulas from a reverse income statement in Excel and generated a user-friendly dashboard. While it can’t directly read formulas, it’s able to recreate them intelligently, providing a responsive, real-time solution.
Claude 3, take this Excel Reverse Income Statement & make it a dashboard
Make it nicer. Add the ability to do sensitivity analysis.
All of this is real time. It diverges a bit from the spreadsheet because Claude can't read formulas, so it reconstructs the formulas itself (well)
