Stability AI is known for its open-source AI image models, and they have yet again released one more model. 

This time, it is the music. 

The new stable audio model, suitably called “Stable Audio 2.0,” generates full music track records at a very high quality level.

What does that mean?

Stable Audio 2.0: The new model takes things to the next level, with tracks that can go for up to 3 minutes long from a single prompt.

 It’s not just text-to-audio; Stable Audio 2.0 supports audio-to-audio conversion. 

To drive that feature home, think of a beat hummed in your voice and then asking the model to produce that beat with the guitar. 

This new model can work with transferring styles, got you. It’s better with sound effects. Stability AI also claims that the model was trained with a fully licensed dataset and enables commercial use while taking into account opt-out requests. On those grounds, we allow commercial use of this model too.

But, like with their previous models, this isn’t open source, so one can try it out at stableaudio.com, and if that’s one’s jam, get a commercial license.
